This was a reread for me, something I rarely do. A friend and I were discussing werewolves for some reason, and it came up that I am not a big fan of them usually. I commented that Kelley Armstrong had my favorite werewolves, but when I was asked to explain why I liked them, I realized I didn't really have an answer. I managed to find Broken in one of the boxes of books that we're still unpacking from our move, and even after reading it, I'm not sure why it has my favorite werewolves. Maybe it's because I like the small pack and the relationships and how they've all adjusted to their individual roles in the pack. I didn't remember a lot of the plot of this one, and I enjoyed the re-read. If I happen to find more of these as I'm unpacking, I'll probably stop to pick those up again as well.
